It’s no secret that Firefox’s market share is pretty much stagnant at the moment with more and more users rather using one of the faster alternatives such as Google Chrome so Mozilla really needs to get its act together and by the looks of Firefox 4 Beta 1 it might just hit the nail on the head. The new version brings an updated user interface that feels sleeker and easier to use, HTML5 and CSS3 support. While the beta version feels fast they promise the final release to be much much faster. Mozilla is trying to catch-up with Google that recently released Chrome 5 Beta and by the looks of it did borrow some ideas but added its own twist on the user interface. Google Chrome team needs to go back to the drawing board and improve Google Chrome as Opera 10.5 Beta launched claiming to be even faster the Google’s web browser. We never paid much attention to the developers’ claims about browser speeds as they all always claim to be the fastest anyway so… Why don’t you try it for yourself and see who is the speed champion.
