Stuart Andrews at TrustedReviews posted a review on the Nintendo Wii Sports Resort. He thinks that with MotionPlus and a better all-round games selection, Wii Sports Resort earned a spot to be the new Wii flagship game. Other games might offer more long-term depth and visual splendour but only a few can match Wii Sports Resort’s level of fun. Read full review at TrustedReviews.

Activision’s being pretty guarded with DJ Hero at the moment. Not only is it available only behind closed doors at its E3 2009 booth, but even then we weren’t able to get our own hands-on time with the game, relegated instead to playing guitar along with someone else on the deck through that Monkey Wrench / Sabotage mashup. We did, however, get a chance to play take it out of the darkly-lit room and get a good feel of its weight and build quality, which we might add is pretty solid. Click on through for our full impressions and a video showing off the DJ vs. guitar mode.

Battlefield: Bad Company marked the first entry in DICE’s first-person shooter series to be designed solely for consoles. Despite this, Bad Company’s online multiplayer managed to preserve a lot of that chaos by way of newly destructible buildings and the remaining presence of vehicles. Now, after going hands-on with Bad Company 2 at a press event held at EA’s Los Angeles offices, GameSpot got a good idea of what to expect out of the sequel’s online offerings. While the max number of players remains the same, a host of enhancements should make the combat even more frenetic.
