iPhone OS, Google Android and Windows 7 Phone Series might be stealing most headlines in the mobile os space but that doesn’t mean that Palm’s WebOS is not on par with its competition. This is largely due to the fact that Palm WebOS handsets are pretty much operator-exclusives and offered only on Palm’s own products. Jen Edwards at BrightHand takes the latest update for a spin to find out what’s new. Hit the link to find out.

As we mentioned before we love our HTC Hero mobile phone so we are very excited to see how it’s successor will perform. Edward Chester at TrustedReviews posted a review on the HTC Legend Google Android Touchscreen Smartphone and his conclusion was that the HTC Legend is without any doubts the best Google Android handset so far due to its responsive touchscreen, aluminium chassis and a great set of features. But it might not be best for long as both Google Nexus and HTC Desire are about to debut as well.

Have you always wished for a QWERTY mobile phone but don’t like the serious looks and high price tag of BlackBerries? Love to twittering and facebooking? Then you will love the cheap and cheerful Samsung Genio Qwerty GT-B3210 Social Networking Mobile Phone. Edward Chester at TrustedReviews posted a review and thinks that the Samsung Genio GT-B3210 mobile phone certainly doesn’t offer most features found in business QWERTY smartphones but it does positively surprises with the quality of its QWERTY keyboard and the inclusion of the 3.5 mm headphone jack.

We used to own Nokia E71 and absolutely loved it so we were very happy to see the review of its successor the Nokia E72 as we wanted to find out if Nokia managed to keep the high standards it set with the E71. Frank Lewis at Cnet posted a review and his verdict was that the Nokia E72 is just an update of the E71 so it doesn’t bring anything revolutionary to the table. It features same great keyboard, build quality and messaging service as the E71 so even some BlackBerry users might want to switch.

Frank Lewis at Cnet posted a review on the LG GM750 Windows Mobile 6.5 Touchscreen Smartphone. He likes the LG GM750 due to its small form factor and attractive design but unfortunately the handset simply can’t cope that well with resource hungry S-Class interface and Windows Mobile. And that’s not all. He finds the touchscreen annoyingly unresponsive so he can’t really recommend this phone even though it’s priced very attractively.

Flora Graham at Cnet posted a review on the Google Nexus One Touchscreen Smartphone. She thinks compared to the iPhone the Google Nexus One is definitely more flexible and customisable due to being powered by the Google Android OS and also features such as LED flash for the camera and expandable memory. But where it falls behind the iPhone is the polished and slikc UI and the choice of apps available as the Android Market can’t really compare with the App Store. So it is really down to what is more important to each individual. But Google Nexus One is definitely one of the best if not the best Android handset till now.
