Even though Alienware’s notebooks stole most of the thunder at HandsOnReviews that doesn’t mean that its desktop are any less impressive. J.R. Nelson at DesktopReview couldn’t agree with this statement more as he was overly impressed with the Alienware Aurora ALX Intel Core i7 Gaming Desktop. He thinks the Alienware Aurora ALX represents a new face for both Alienware and Dell by brining a more industrially-oriented chassis design then its previous desktop computers and not to mention the performance it delivers with an Intel Core i7-975 Extreme 3.33GHz and 2 x ATI Radeon HD5870 in CrossFire.

Eric Franklin at Cnet posted a review on the Dell UltraSharp U2711 27 inch LCD Monitor. He thinks the Dell UltraSharp U2711 (resolution 2560 x 1440 px) is the LCD monitor you should buy if you have the money (£1,000 to be exact) and even if you don’t you should start saving as it really is outstanding. We will definitely start saving as we love Dell screens. At the moment we have 22 and 24 inch Dell screens and we are very happy with them. More inches more fun.

Another post by Asus today but not for a notebook but for an all-in-one desktop PC Asus EeeTop ET2203. J.R. Nelson at DesktopReview tested it and came to conclusion that the ASUS EeeTop ET2203 is definitely solid all-in-one desktop PC with a few very appealing features such as full HD 21.6 inch screen (1920 x 1080 px), solid performance, HDMI video input and also decent set of integrated speakers. The bundled wireless keyboard and mouse perform very well. So all in all we would say that this is the all-in-one PC.

After loads of rumors, true and fake leaks Apple introduced into the world its latest product the Apple iPad Table. We will not write about much as other websites have got it all covered so we give you a roundup of articles, news, hands-on treatments and previews insted.

Personally we don’t get the Apple iPad at all. It can do what an iPhone can but you can’t carry it in your pocket. It is as big as a netbook but it can’t do half the things a netbook can. If Apple would stick Mac OS X on it then it would make a whole lot of sense. Let us know your thoughts.
